The workshop “ESG Reporting in Business Organizations” will be held on Thursday, 29 January 2026, at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, starting at 12:00 PM. The workshop is dedicated to understanding and practical application of ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) in the modern business environment.
The workshop is intended for large companies, as well as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, particularly those operating as suppliers or subcontractors within domestic and international value chains, which increasingly face requirements for ESG compliance and non-financial reporting.
The objective of the workshop is to provide participants with:
- an overview of key ESG principles and the regulatory framework;
- practical guidance for implementing ESG practices and reporting;
- understanding of ESG risks and business opportunities;
- insights into good practice examples from Montenegro;
- a perspective on ESG requirements from the banking sector.
A dedicated session will focus on the presentation of the project “A Companion for Sustainable Business Development – companiESGuide”, including its key activities, tools, and the support provided to companies in achieving ESG readiness.
